Baked Candy Pecan
Ingredients:
1 egg white, beaten stiff
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups pecan halves
Instruction:
Preheat oven to 250.
Mix above and drop with spoon on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake 1/2 hour (don’t open door until baking time is up) Let stand in closed oven with heat off another 1/2 hour before removing.
