Homemade Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients:
1 qt. milk
1 cup milk
1 pt. cream, whipped
2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 pt. mashed peaches
1 tbsp. flour
pinch of salt

Instruction:
Make a smooth custard of milk, eggs, sugar & flour over low heat. Allow to cool. Add peaches, then whipped cream, a pinch of salt and another cup of milk. Freeze.

Variations: Substitute your favorite fruit for the peaches.
