Dora Meyer’s Frozen Salad
Ingredients:
1 3oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups tiny marshmallows
1 9oz. can (1 c.) pitted Royal Anne cherries, drained
1/3 cup quartered maraschino cherries
1 cup whipped cream
Instruction:
Soften cream cheese and blend in pineapple. Add marshmallows & cherries. Fold in whipped cream. Put into a mold and freeze.
Variations: Might use Cool Whip instead of whipped cream.
