Everyone can have a different view or perspective on the same issue. I say take all the views, decide what you like about each, add your own and go with it. While we might not always like what people have to say, it is their view and sometimes that view gives us a little kick in the butt to make our lives a bit better.

He can be both ways but the one thing that I love most about him is the fact that he IS honest about what he believes or thinks. It is nice to carry on a conversation with someone who does not coddle me or enable me to be someone that is selfish and making things all about me, which is what I tend to do alot. There is never a need to apologize for being honest. I try to never be offended by it… that does not mean that I haven’t in the past… but I know when he is right about certain things.

Carlo… you keep the smile on whether I want to smile or not… so never fear – If I am hurt by something you have said… I promise to say so. K? Muah!

Carlo, there are ways of being honest without hurting anyone’s feelings…..like being gentle when you are speaking, instead of being the ‘general’ or ‘seargant’ in the Army or whatever.
That is the way I took your statement above…..
Giving gentle suggestions or ways of change without being abrupt.

Seems like you are one to speak your mind without thinking it through….IMHO.
