David Cook won! I really, really hoped that for once the voters would get it right, and they did. Tonights show was exactly what I needed. It was great to see George Michael again after 17 years. He looks great and still sings wonderfully. My topper (besides DC winning) was seeing him sing with ZZ Top. I love that band! My cell music player is loaded with all their songs. Their music is upbeat and dancable and that always brings my spirits up.
This past week has been somewhat of a hell on earth but a wise friend told me to stop blaming myself, and I know he is right. My heart has been bruised and broken, but I will recover like the Phoenix I am. I will rise up from my own ashes of my own making. I can’t make someone do what they do not want to do, but that doesn’t mean I have to stop trying. If I give up on this person then I would not be able to live with myself. My love is too great for that to happen.

YAY, DAVID COOK!! DA was too young to handle what comes next…for a winner. Cook has the talent and maturity to do almost anything he wants. I see DA as another Josh Groban. He is sorta stuck in his genre being a ballad singer.
Ok Phoenix…..rise up and fly. Only you can do that……be who you are and not what someone wants you to be. Dreams are good/great, however life goes on and reality is sometimes not what we want to see.

Got the lappie loaded with games..at least the ones I have…but one of them the mouse is erratic…..so will delete that one. Hopefully can get online with it soon and see what it does.
