Crazy week

Well, I have had an interesting week. You see, last Tuesday I went to see the doctor about an injured left calf. She gave me limited exercises again (I had originally injured it three weeks before) and I asked if I could get some exercise equipment to rehab it at home. So, the doc sent me to Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapist wouldn’t just give me the equipment, she wanted to see me, so, Thursday morning I had an appointment with her. Anyway, everything went well until she looked at my ankle. She found a problem with my Achilles tendon and called Orthopedics and sent me for X-Rays.
When I got to Ortho, they immediately diagnosed me with a ruptured Achilles tendon and scheduled me for surgery on Friday.
So, I am recovering at a friend’s house and I hope that I can be mobile fairly quickly. I will keep you all posted…

OUCH! Glad to know everything went well. Don’t rush the healing, you want that to heal correctly. Keep smiling and enjoy the rest.
