Raven started radiation this past Monday. She seems to be doing okay so far; they said the first week or two would be okay, but she may start experiencing side-effects after that.
Raven also has to have a shot every day that supposedly is to preserve her taste buds (one of the side-effects of radiation is that it damages the taste buds). Raven said that shot is quite painful. She is still continuing the chemo on top of the radiation; this week was the 2-day treatment, the next being a 5-day treatment in three weeks.

Prayers still coming for beautiful Raven. She is a jewel to be loved. My prayer is that she has a beautiful Christmas, and is cured of this horrific disease and goes thru the treatments without pain.
