Great news!!!
The trachea comes out next Wednesday! She was originally scheduled to start radiation next week, but it has been postponed until the following week so that she will have time to heal. The radiation will be every day for 6 weeks at Emory. The hospital is trying to get them a place to stay at the Ronald McDonald House or a nearby hotel. I will let you know if that changes. Right now, though, Raven is really doing great!!! Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers!

I am so happy. Except for a little bit of blogging in the mornings I have been on so very little and I’m THRILLED to hear about Raven.
BTW, she’s got a GORGEOUS smile.

May Raven as well all the people who have given so much to help this little girl on her tremendous journey, be comforted in knowing great things can be accomplished when we pull together. Hold strong…and yet know…there are life lessons and blessings even when things go awry.
