My TT is up too.
We travel in the part of the same blogging circle and I can so relate to missing some of the blogging reads. It seems as if every day another one closes that was a favorite. I can understand as I was just there last week ready to do the same but just stepped away for a break instead. A very short one at that which is becoming more and more common with me these days and no longer considered unusual if I am away for several days.
Enjoy these two days off and have some special fun for you. I’ll do a post in the next few days about the Cook book and if anyone wants to donate items what to do.

Phoenix, the CD was finally mailed out today..BTW I am notoriously bad about mailing stuff out. I also included a recipe for BAcon Tomato Cups. My family loves them.

My thoughts are with you and all who are deployed far away from home. I’m a deployment survivor. If it wasn’t for my online friends I don’t know if I’d have made it.

Hope all goes well with Carlo. Also, hope your son makes 1st string football. My oldest grandson plays QB/kicker/punter for his HS team, and they play their biggest game of the year in regular season tonight, and it’s supposed to be raining big time!
