Fabulous list idea!!!! My thoughts and prayers are with your co-aurthor! My daddy just retired from the Army… and just returned home from Afghanistan last year. My stomach still turns upside down when I think back to the day he left.
    I think a P.O. Box is a wonderful idea!

Happy T13! My list is up!

This is great to do and I will be glad to help so you can count me in. I have a friend there who says these things are what keeps him going and this is his second time there.

You are a great lady have I told you that lately.

When my husband was in Iraq about every third box I’d send would be filled with toys. Squirt guns, nerf balls, those little individual games for traveling, and just plain silly stuff. I’d include those packages of toys for kids birthday parties.

I’ll light a candle for your blog partner and pray that he comes home safe.

    Cheers.

WARNING!! WARNING!! I am in an all MALE unit, so if you send me “female products” I don’t think they will get used. Bev has a great point, when soldiers get bored (or stressed), they need some fun to relieve it, so toys like that really work. I know, because I sent my ex some silly string and squirt guns while she was deployed.
