Yes, I have had one of those days. Fighting cold ickies mixed with irritation while trying to sleep the ickies off. My day started when we got ready to head to work… one vehicle, two stops and a dead Jeep. I didn’t want to go already and was fighting with the internal “I should go in but I don’t feel up to it”. Then the Jeep and rainy cold to boot. Stir in pissed off other half because of the Jeep and we had both woken up kinda late. I usually drive him to work and then myself. Today because we running late… he dropped me off. I was just thanking the lord above that I had the insight to go buy a battery for said Jeep on Sunday. He is just too darn stubborn to put it in. It still is not in the Jeep, sigh. He is using the new battery to jump off the old one. Do I care? Nope, I am blase’ about it.
Hitched a ride home about 2:30 this afternoon after finishing all my stuff at work. Was feeling the shakes coming on and wanted to be home and in bed. Got here… read e-mails and headed to bed. I was rudely awakened several times by a neighborhood kid doing the old “lets see how long I can make my tires squeal while sitting in one spot” routine. They have been playing that game all afternoon. I was just awakened again by it… 15 minutes ago. Oy, I remember those days… wonder who I irritated with it? lol
Looking forward to more rain in the forcast, but it is at least supposed to get up into the 50′s tomorrow. Clear by this weekend. Yay!!!
