What do Holloween and parades have in common, you ask? It was a time when we got to dress up another time of the year. My cousin and I would come up with some silly idea and my mom would make us the costumes.
My cousin Tiff and I were the only persons brave enough to ride without saddles in the parades. We trusted our horses explicitly. No noise, thrown object, or wiggly baby could spook them. Yes, we were brave… so to speak
Here is an example of our “bravery”. I can hear you laughing!!
Before the Parade
During… oh yes, so very “brave”
