Friends, acquaintances, and enemies, even.

Well, one of the most inspirational blogs for me has a big, ugly “Closed” sign up. I hope that everything is OK, and that you get the time that you need, Steelcowboy. I hope that everyone got a chance to read his postings, because he always had a good take on things. I still want to sit down with him and a pot of coffee and see how many times we have to brew more before we stop talking.

Ah, well, people pass in and out of our lives. Some for a reason, some just by chance. I can honestly say that there are few people that I found as inspirational as Steel, and I look forward to him posting again (I hope)

There are a lot of people that I have “met” on the internet that I care about. As most of you know, Phoenix is one of my bestest people in the whole wide world. Gidget is another; Lunasear is like my younger (not THAT much younger) sister; heididionne; and loads of others from the old Y! Trivia room. We had so much fun that we sorta forgot that it was a game room and that we could play the game there.

We had one lady become a grandmother; two weddings (another is planned for November); friendships formed; and people drifted away. Sounds like real life to me. The funny part is that the “regulars” knew each other, and we looked forward to talking, flirting and teasing. I miss that room, and I know that there are others that do, too. Here’s to all of the friends, acquaintances, and enemies that I met there… You all made it a lot of fun.
