I just got back from a friend’s wedding, and I began thinking. I know, I know, it’s dangerous when I think, I should leave it to those better equipped to do so. Anyway, I started to think about all the people throughout my life that have done so much for me. The ministers, family friends, acquaintances, friends, neighbors, teachers, family; all of these people, and more, past and present, living and dead, that have had an influence on my life. Fortunately for me, I have had a good life, and those that have influenced me have been good people.
I have decided to take this opportunity to thank them all. Whether they know it, or not, whether they remember the things that they did for me, or not, they are wonderful people, and I love them all.
I know that I have been fortunate in that the people that have been around me my entire life have been special. I appreciate that, every single day. I love you all, I miss those of you that have passed on and those that I am too far away from to see as often as I would like.
